The more your baby suckles your breastmilk the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist. Continue to exclusively breastfeed. :- Try to drink more water.
- Add lots of Dill leaves in ur food ( i got this recommendation from a nutritious from hospital)

1st u can start feeding your baby more and try to use a breast pump( i have read articles where they have mentioned that ur body will produce milk if body gets to know it requires more milk)
2nd Take Leptaden tablets 2 tablet 3 times a day( ayurvedic formulation and even i have used it for more then 7 months, reduce the dosage if u need less milk)
3rd and shatavari kalpa granules mix 2spoon full in milk at night and drink it.
These 3 really helped me a lot.

Mithilesh Kumar JhaGuardian of a 3 yr 1 m old boy2 years agoA. Take proper diet at regular interval. As you are taking food for baby and self. Take proper rest. Eat green leafy vegetables, pulse and proteen rich foods on daily basis. Take fruits every day. If you are non vegetarian take non veg items it at least twice or thrice in a week. Hope it will help you.
