Q.

My baby is 7 month old, but refuses to eat solid, what should I do, I have tried with variety of foods. My doctor has advices me to not give salt or sugar. But he like only if salt is there

A. You can add natural sweetness with dates paste or jaggery powder pr coconut sugar and try giving mashed foods to the baby try this the baby will like it take care

A. Hello dear parent! Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Give your baby 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Himalaya baby massage oil.
