#asktheexperts MY baby Hridaya is one year old now and still she refuses to eat... she only prefers breast milk. picky eater and splits everything through out the day. I have even tried variety of foods too but she refuses to eat I am so worried about it,what should I do kindly guide me

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. Keep mealtime positive and try not to turn your child's refusal to eat into a battle of wills. Some strategies you can try include: Offer your toddler a variety of foods, including new ones—and keeping doing so. Offer new foods in small amounts.
