Q.

My baby is 7 days old . He usually sleep in the day time and at night he is awake. But today he is just crying since 3 am. After feeding him also he is not sleeping. Please advise ????

A. Hi mommy Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly do swaddling cuddling swinging to soothe your baby Maintain hydration Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
