My baby is 6year 9month old. but her teeth doesn't start shedding.

Usually the process starts any time after completing the age of 4 1/2 years but if the new teeth have not started to come here then it’s not a problem if you see that new ones started to come over then you should consult the dentist and get the previous teeth extracted so it makes a proper space for the permanent to come
