my baby is 6month 6 days. Aur use sardi hui hair. muze 1st food start karna hair kyae use apple puree de sakti hu ya nhi

use saline nasal drops six hrly
give indirect steam inhalation twice a day

Yes You can give Apple purée to the child it’s not an issue because that the first food most of the people prefer giving as you can go ahead with dal and rice water also that’s going to be warm and that’s going to be a good option as well if you want to start with something else
