My baby is 6 months year old and his one eye is red and other eye is little less red What should I do

Madam it is six months old or six years old that is not clear to me because you said six months years old so I am not really sure about it but yes if there is a problem with the eyes of the child I would advise you to clean the eyes regularly with little warm water and consult your doctor please
