it is important to differentiate between stuck milk inside the oral cavity and the fungal infection that is also known as oral thrush.
meet your doctor for examination of the child and treatment

for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like
(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.
