my baby is 6 months old.in left eye l have seen yellow pus discharge since afternoon.. what could be the reason... and what I can do.. please tell me

It May be due to some infection 
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily 
Maintain hydration 
 This may happen due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction which is very common in children at this age it occurs due to obstruction of pathway that is nasolacrimal duct from eyes to the nose for which eyes massage is needed regularly and this problem goes away with increasing age of the child meet your doctor for more information and also go through various videos which will also tell you how to massage the eyes to decrease the obstruction.  if the obstruction is not taken care of the proper massage it can lead to infection in the eyes and more watery eyes as well as red eyes and secretions from the eyes
