Q.
My baby is 6 months old… I have started with celerac and daal ka pani but from couple of days his stool is very tight like clay and he cries also sometimes while passing stool … it seems very tight. I have started giving some water also like 100 ml per day

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. dear mom. after starting sokids constipation n passing hard stool is commonin infants. to avoid it, add fiber rich fruits n veggies in diet.. abd feed some water after meal ok
