Q.

my baby is 6 months old ... he is having fever from last 8 days i.e 98 or 99..... blood test done no infection at all he is on teething also..... started solid.... getting worried alott

A. good morning it is because of teething at the child is having fever nothing to worry about I would recommend you to try to give paracetamol if the temperature reaches 100 or more than that
