#asktheexpert Hi Dr. Mg daughter is having fever since yesterday night. it is little over 99° but it keeps fluctuating from being normal at around 97-98° for her to rise to over 99° at times. please suggest what should I do. no one has else is having fever at home.

A. give 0.5 ml of paracetamol

A. Dr, she is 32 days old & her body weight is around 4 Kgs.

A. at present you can give paracetamol according to the weight of the child and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times and also to body sponge which help in decreasing the body temperature
