My baby is 6 month old. He is exclusively breastfed baby. I have just started with solids. and its been a week now. Yesterday I gave him ragi porridge. And today he hasn't passed stool yet. Is this something I should concern about ?

A. its common. after starting solids constipation is common in infants. it is good to offer well cooked food, and offer some water after giving semi solids. o k.
