Q.

My baby is 6 days old and he suffers from jaundice with bilirubin level 10 mg/dl.What should I do

A. this is very normal level of a bilirubin at this age which does not require any treatment and just continue regular brush feeding because that a loan will help in decreasing the bilirubin gradually over 1 month

A. That’s completely fine that is little above the normal average level further I would recommend you to go ahead with what your doctor suggested the suggested to keep the child into phototherapy for sometime then go for that and also start with vitamin D supplement and keep your child into indirect sunlight for 30 to 40 minutes
