Q.

Hello doctor, My baby is 5 days old. total bilirubin - 13.4 mg/dl direct bilirubin - 1.3 mg/dl indirect bilirubin - 12.1 mg/dl is it normal? please suggest.

A. hello mom in newborn babies this level can goes upto maximum 16 or 17 as well and then with8n few days its start decreasing automatically but still it's better to be in touch with ur doctor regularly and take ur child in sunlight early morning every day
