Q.

my baby is 6.5 months old. I had started solid food and giving him water then also he poops with very difficulty..once in 3-4 days.. he used to cry very much due to hard potty...what should I do?

A. dear mom.. constipation is common after starting weaning food. give fiber rich fruits and veggies . feed some water after giving meals to soften stool. donot over feed your baby.
