My baby is 5 months old now. He sweats during breastfeeding. Is it problematic?

Sweating is completely normal for kids in this age they have a little high body temperature and specially when you feed them whether it is summers or winters they have a little bit of sweat on the forehead behind the head which is very normal to be seen
