My baby is 5 months old. I am facing 2 problems. 1. low breast milk 2. more hair fall

A. Hi Mom Take lactogen tablet to increase your milk supply Massage regularly with coconut oil Apply onion paste regularly Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Stay hydrated Take adequate water Take almonds and cucumbers
