ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom avoid giving cerelac as the first weaning food instead prefer to give them liquids first such as dal or vegetable soups or fresh fruit etc and as the baby accepts them well then move to semi solids. And preferably give home cooked foods
