My baby is 5 months old and is doing greenish yellow, sometimes watery and sometimes mucussy poop. Recently, he has started putting his hands in his mouth a lot. He is a bit cranky and clingy these days. I consulted a paediatrician he has diagnosed Acute Gastroenteritis AGE, no dehydration and has prescribed antibiotic Taxim O 25 mg. What should I do?
