I suggest you please once consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please keep your child well hydrated and give proper rest
please measure temperature after every hour with Babyhug digital thermometer
if armpit temperature is above 100f you can give 0.5 ml paracetamol drops
