my daughter age 2 years 5 months and temperature showing 99 to 100 please let us know for precautions

A. Hello, your baby girl is 2.5 years old and she is having a fever upto 100 degrees then give her plenty of water and fruits juice and syrup paracetamol 3.5 ml sos
