my baby is 5 months 15 days old and she is not gaining weight from past 15 days.. feeding is same as earlier.. she is partially rolling over not crawling yet.

It is not necessary that baby should gain weight every month. Baby weight should be triple in a year according to birth weight and after one year baby gain weight slowly so you should calculate according to that. If your baby is active and taking proper feed on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about
