Q.
my baby is 5 month old now. she was sleeping less from the birth itself and was fussy. Now she is sleeping but not more than 12 hours. And when we put her on the bed she will wake up immediately. sleeps only when we place her in our arms. Is that due to any breathing issues that she is unable to sleep in the bed?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no need to be concerned yysThere is lot of individual variation in the sleeping pattern of small babies before coming to a particular sleeping pattern no need to worry about this at present if the baby is taking feeding properly and otherwise active
