My Baby is 5 Days Old . He has Bilburin Level 15.2 .What should i do to cure it . ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. if your child is 5 days old is having bileerubin level of 15 phototherapy is required it would be better if you you ask your doctor regarding this doctor will guide you properly and then accordingly you can decide for the management for this thanks

Hello ma’am If it is a clear-cut jaundice then you have to keep your child on phototherapy for a day or two till it comes down and once you get your baby home after that you should keep your child into sun indirect sunlight every single morning for at least a month or two so that your child’s body can get good amount of vitamin D and it also eliminates the recurring of jaundice again
