my baby is 5.5 months old and completely on exclusively breastfeeding.Today my periods got returned.Does it affect on milk supply? I am little worried as my baby does not accept bottle and formula.

A. Hello good afternoon !! Breast milk production depends on demand and supply and intake of food. Include lactating foods - Milk and diary products, rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, kheema, garlic milk. Give frequent feeds the more baby latches the more milk produces.
