my baby is 48 days old. I gave a (painfull easy six)vaccine to him yesterday afternoon. still fever not came yet so can I continue crocin drops today also?

A. it will take time .It is normal in babies at this age . It is physiological and no need to worry for this and no need of medication for this at this time . But can consult a dcotor for baby examination for any further problem .
