ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yes you can est it as well but ut be fresh n hot n home made.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. I would not recommend you to eat food prepared outside will be too heavy for the baby to be able to digest because whatever you it will directly impact the baby through the mother's milk so you have to be careful
