my baby is 42 days old.. his mouth is always filled with saliva and we feel it as he is about to spit always... why does it happen so?

A. kindly maintain hygiene of the oral cavity of the child and regularly clean the oral cavity with the help of a clean fingers as well as clean water and this will help in decreasing the salivation
