my baby is 40days old. he not passing motion 2days what I can do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. constipation in small babies lesser than 6 month of age is very common and is more common when you are giving formula feeding in such a case you can give Himalaya bonnisan drops three times a day to your child and give frequent feeding usually medicines or suppositories are avoided in such a case and constipation of few days can be considered as normal. if the bluaby is having gastric pain you can give collimax drops.if you need to give any enzyme preparation to your child you can consult doctor

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..an exclusively breast fed baby can go without potty fir a week..so.no need to worry..compulsory burp the baby after every feed and give some tummy time to baby so as to relieve baby from gas and colic .
