Q.

My baby is 4 years old and his weight is 13 kg nd blood is 9.9 so what can I do to increase my baby weight nd blood..and he gets sicks every now nd then..so what can I do?? suggest me

A. iro rich diet: Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach. Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots. Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas. Peas. iron-fortified bread and breakfast cereal. nuts and seeds. dried fruit. wholemeal pasta and bread. legumes — such as mixed beans, baked beans, lentils and chickpeas. dark leafy green vegetables — such as spinach, silver beet and broccoli.

I think they could be poor and unity which is why your child is falling sick over and over take a diet plan from a nutritionist to increase the weight gain of the child and that is what is going to be helpful and as you see the child is going to grow healthy things are going to settle down on its own when it comes to the health of your child
