My baby is 4 months weighing 4.2 kg Can u suggest what shall I do ?? When she was born she was 2.2 kg . Is that ok please suggest ?

Accordingly If you see the birth weight of your child I would say the current weight is perfectly alright it is not less but yes it could have been better if you want to you can just continue breastfeeding the child for six months after that you can switch to formula feed or any other milk but as of now the wait is proper not less
