my baby is 4 months old. she is suffering nasal congestion from 5 days . and today she started coughing also we gave the medicine wikoryl drops from 3 days .now what to do for coughing

Get your child personally checked by the paediatrician and seek medical assistance in this matter. Complete the course of treatment as advice by the doctor and there will be gradually improvement in the condition. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration and weight gain
