Q.
My baby is 4 months old. Her stool is green in color.Is it a sign of concern. If yes please prescribe medication for her.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. 4 months baby is passing green colour stool The colour of the stool in the baby will be ranging from light yellow to dark green depending on the type of feeding a baby will be taking green colour stool is absolutely normal unless it is smelling bad are very watery inconsistency

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, if you’re giving formula milk then baby will pass motion in green colour nothing to worry about it. If the motion consistency is normal then it is fine.
If the motion is watery,smelly and mucus is present in motion then it might be infection then you need to consult paediatrician.
