my baby is 4 months and 28 days old when we hold him in hand he leans his head towards one shoulder he starting turning and he holds head straight when he is on tummy but when we hold him his head is tilted towards one shoulder is this something to worry

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and he doesn’t control his head if held upright position but he can in the laying down position so give him calcium and vitamin d3 supplements syrup Ossopan D 3 ml twice a day for three months
