My baby is 4 months 10 days old. He has rashes around his neck since 15 days. It is getting spread all over the body. What can I do?

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment
It’s common in small baby make sure baby wear cotton loose comfortable clothes to avoid such irritation usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
