Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. supplements of iron and calcium and vitamins and minerals are useful nnHair fall is very common after delivery and during pregnancy also sometimes because of harmonal changes it may continue even up to 1 year but ultimately will get back the hair no need to worry
