A. Hi mom Maintain hygiene Wash area often with lukewarm water Wash your hands often before touching your baby Apply coconut oil or olive oil Apply calamine lotion twice daily Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables to increase your milk More sucking leads to more milk
