my baby is 4 month old but suddenly my breast milk started to decrease what should I do for that i am consuming satvari powder also but not developing what to do

That’s actually the best supplement that I could have also suggested you otherwise I currently I would recommend you that you can try taking fenugreek capsules they are also very very good to be taken but make sure to have plenty of fluids and a healthy diet that’s equally important
