Q.
my baby is 4.5 month old and I have a lot of brest milk supply...due to this brest milk always leaking and cramps in breast..how I reduce breast milk ???

Don’t think of reducing breastfeeding if you go on to reducing it then what time will come when you will have nothing to feel so don’t go for that but yes you should regularly to hot compress that’s going to be helpful and please check and advise with a lactation specialist
