my baby is 3months 15 days old Today he have his 3rd dose of vaccination, now he was crying too much what should I do.

Its common after vaccination
If baby is crancky , exessive cry, swelling and fever then
Give paracetmol drops to baby for 1-2 days
Fever, pain will decreases in next 1 -2 days
Don't apply anything over vaccination site
It cause decrease in the efficiency of given vaccine
Cont. to give feed as per demand
Keep ur baby well hydrated
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day
Swelling will take it's own time to disappear.

try to offer comfort through giving breasfeeds
gently Pat or rub your child back
do cool pack on injected site
give peracetamol drops as per your doctor's prescription
