my baby is 3 yrs old.. use do din se fever hai.doctor ne maftal diya hai.... bahut koshish ke baad b wo fever aane pr kuchh khati nhi hua..... use medicine kaise du.... empty pet m maftal p aur antibiotic de sakte hain kya...... fever utarne pe hi wo kuchh khati hai

A. bacche ko yah dava khane ke bad Di jaati hai kyunki bhukhe pet usse acidity hoti hai aur jyadatar hamesha paracetamol dijiye uske 2 ghante ke bad kam Na Ho tabhi meftal dijiye
