My baby is 3 yrs old and her teeth has white patches and plague what should I do to get clear teeth

please brush your child teeth twice in a day with low flouride toothpaste.
offer calcium rich food like ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more.
avoid giving RO water
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
avoid giving sticky and sugary food
maintain good hygiene
