my baby is 3 years old she is not having food properly we are forcing her to eat but she denies it with various reasons. how can I overcome it she is active in everything

A. Hello mom That’s fine some times kids don’t not feel like eating , would suggest not to force feed the child this way they would start to dislike the food . As far as your child is active that’s good which he is . So not to worry offer fruits and keep him hydrated with liquids
