my baby is 3 years old.now the temperature is 98 degree with running nose.is it necessary to give paracetamol

A. hello 98 iss a normal temperature n is not necessary to give paracetamol n u can put nasal drops n use instant rub from babyhug which helps baby get releif from cold n makes it feel better
