my baby is 3 n half months old..he is having watery green motions since yesterday..he is passing urine 15 times a day..got medicated but still no improvement..what to do..how to control watery stools

for loose motions give plenty of breast feeding to maintain hydration and start a probiotic and zinc supplement like Rinifol Z or flora bc 2.5 ml twice a day for 5 days

Potty colouring may varies between dark yellow to green colour
It’s all normal and common
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
