my baby is 3 months old when ever he cry a bulge appear on back of head when lie down also when his in upright position it is not visible I don't know wt it is is this posterior fontanelle when the posterior fontanelle close in children

Mam that is on top of the head note on back of the head and it usually closes by 17 months to 2 1/2 years and sometimes earlier than that but you need to check with this particular bulbs that you were talking about as without an assessment of the situation nothing can be said correctly on that
