tummy time is to lie on floor or upright position on shoulder is enough?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 day agoA. I am basically means making your child being on the floor as in on the bed so that is what tummy time is and when you keep your child on the shoulder that is upper is not tummy so you can give a position for better digestion of milk
