my baby is 3 months old ND he is having motions from morning around 4 to 5 times today,what should I do,plz suggest me

A. What is the consistency of the motions? Are the motions too watery with a foul smell? If not, then there is nothing to worry about. Keep feeding breast milk. If it is diarrhoea, wait for 24 hours and if his or her condition does not improve within 24 hours, please consult your doctor. Always keep his diaper area with a cotton ball soaked in water after each time he or she passes stools. You can even use Babyhug Premium Baby Wipes as they contain Aloe Vera and Vitamin E. They have glycerin and pH balance for gentle cleansing and effective moisturization. It is alcohol and paraben free.
