My baby is 3 months old... His health is good but he looks thin.. only bf him... Is thr anything to do rather than this?

A. Dear mum what is the weight of your baby baby should double the birth weight by 6 months or Less and gain at least 500 gram per month do not go by the appearance continue with exclusive breastfeeding on demand till 6 months complete

A. if baby looks lean that us not a problem, if baby's weight is gaining good as per his birth weight then nothing to worry about, baby should gain 500gm to 800gms per month ideally.
